As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you will oversee our existing paid marketing efforts on Google Ads while expanding into new channels such as LinkedIn and retargeting. Additionally, you will be empowered to explore new opportunities to scale our customer base. This role requires a hands-on approach with the opportunity to lead marketing initiatives and build a scalable growth strategy.
The Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize our existing Google Ads campaigns to ensure efficient budget allocation and ROI.
- Identify, test, and scale new channels, including LinkedIn, retargeting, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, leads, and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to building a strong marketing foundation that can scale as the business grows.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, retargeting strategies, and cold outreach tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – excited to experiment, iterate, and take ownership of growth initiatives.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
