Position: Head Volleyball Coach
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience coaching travel volleyball teams.
- A strong alignment with LVA’s core values and philosophy.
- Proven ability to develop high-performing athletes and foster team success.
- Willingness to undergo screening and background checks.
- Submission of a volleyball-specific resume (general resumes will not be considered).
- Two personal and two professional references.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-quality practice plans tailored to team needs.
- Lead training sessions and provide professional game-day direction.
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and administration, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Represent LVA’s values on and off the court, treating athletes and families with respect and fairness.
- Attend all required club events, including tryouts, clinics, parent meetings, and coaches’ training.
- Be punctual, reliable, and fully committed to LVA’s mission and vision.
Job Types: Contract, Seasonal
Pay: $23.62 - $25.00 per hour
