Key Responsibilities
- Develop the end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing process for all healthcare providers.
- Manage Revenue Cycle Process and oversee billing department
- Ensure that all provider applications are accurately completed, submitted, and processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state regulations, payer requirements, and industry standards related to credentialing.
- Collaborate with Clinical, HR, and Compliance teams to address any credentialing issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of provider credentials, certifications, and licenses.
- Manage, develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the credentialing process.
- Maintain updated credentialing files to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
- Manage and support credentialing inquiries from providers, payers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the credentialing function.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in healthcare credentialing, with a strong understanding of payer and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in credentialing software and databases.
- Passion for women’s mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM) certification.
- Familiarity with telehealth provider credentialing processes.

HR Screen
