Estimating Assistant

Lunar Companies is looking for a professional, dedicated and courteous person to join our team as an Estimating Assistant. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Utilize estimating software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools

• Understand project scope, specifications, and requirements

• Compile and present detailed estimates/bids to customers

• Verify the accuracy of purchase orders 

• Manage calendars and work flows to ensure timely completion

• Follow internal processes to set up projects for all departments

• Communicate with team members and customers

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Read and understand blueprints

• Estimating software experience (STACK Preferred)

• Time Management Skills

• Data Entry/Analytics

• Detail Oriented

• Self Motivated/Proactive

PAY RATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Education and Experience:

• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace applications

• Basic knowledge of the construction or concrete industry (preferred)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Location: Office setting
