What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSS (Customer Service Specialist) position at Lunar Distribution?
Employees duties are:
- Communicating with customers predominantly through email and overseeing the overall customer experience
- Processing online orders and returns | packaging shipments
- Processing payments for customers
- Communicating via phone/email with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS)
- Addressing issues with customer's accounts, orders, and deliveries
- Cultivating and maintaining meaningful relationships with retail accounts
Must be familiar with Microsoft Suite / Google Email | Drive
Must have customer service or professional email correspondence experience
Must understand email etiquette
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must love dogs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
