Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager and Project Manager. As a dual role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms while also overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, driving our social media strategy and ensuring successful project execution.

Essential Duties:

• Manage Lunchbox Media INC social media accounts and team
• Create, update, and optimize content on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
• Monitor followers, engagement, and comments on posts
• Monitor analytics and monitor growth opportunities
• Work with marketing team to create content for website/blog/social media calendar
• Assist with SEO efforts and optimize content for all platforms
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a business or industry (1-2 years)
• Experience with digital marketing (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing) is preferred but not required.
• Experience with graphic design is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of social media best practices (e.g., hashtags, image optimization, etc.)is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
