DESCRIPTION:
As an Equipment Coordinator I at Lunda Construction, reporting to the Corporate Equipment Manager you will have the opportunity to:
Update and prepare weekly equipment billings per project and equipment guidelines.
Update and maintain asset inventories for projects within Oracle base and telematics systems.
Communicate and work with project managers on asset inventories and billings.
Work with Internet-based tracking, rates and rules applications.
Maintain permitting files and work with state transportation departments on obtaining permits for truck fleet.
Prepare reports for the accounting management team and operations management.
Maintain various electronic files, records, reports on a daily and weekly basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
1 years of experience in accounting/recordkeeping/bookkeeping required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel desired.
Team oriented and able to work with complex systems
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and work independently
Organized, analytical, and thorough
Strong MS Office program knowledge and skills, advanced Excel skills a plus.
Previous experience with JD Edwards or any integrated accounting system preferable
