What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Supervisor / Superintendent position at Lundahl Building / Structural Steel Inc.?
Construction Supervisor / Superintendent to oversee projects from the ground up. Must have 5 years construction experience and good communication skills. Needs to be able to accurately read and understand blueprints and related construction drawings, utilize Excel, Blue Beam, and MS Office(email). Exposure to Procore is helpful, but not necessary. Subcontractor coordination experience and building code knowledge are required. Any work with medical / hospital projects is a plus. Must be highly motivated and dependable. Applicant will need to have exceptional attention to detail and supervision skills. Work truck, phone and laptop will be provided. Drug screen required. Wage & benefits DOE. There will be local/regional travel and occasional weekend work. EEOE
