Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor at construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools of all types
- Assist with the construction and installation of structures and fixtures
- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
- Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to operate construction equipment and machinery
- Certification in construction-related fields
