Job Summary

This is your opportunity to manage inventory at a dealership. Previous Dealership managers or top-sales performers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate enjoys building rapport with our guests daily. You will mentor your Sales Consultants and coach them on proven sales tactics.

Responsibilities

• Manage used vehicle inventory levels
• Manage the used vehicle inventory mix
• Make sure the used inventory has been reconditioned to the level we expect
• Make sure our inventory is properly displayed on the lot and online
• Work with the team leaders to ensure they are following the proper appraisal process
• Any additional duties as needed, related or non-related to the used vehicle inventory
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
