POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As an Entry level Technical Sales Rep, you will work directly with customers’ engineering and procurement teams to support their design and buying initiatives. You will be responsible to learn and apply all aspects of Lundell’s Technical Sales Process: from building a pipeline, executing an engineered sales approach to developing an assigned territory. Direct reporting to and collaboration with the Director of Sales to include achieving daily sales activities, on-going training, developing a sales strategy and consultative approach working with supply chain and engineering teams at the customer level to drive profitable revenue.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-3 years of selling experience
- Strong desire to learn and grow with a company
- Track record of success and upward growth in previous roles
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel
- A valid driver’s license
- 10-15% travel
- Must agree to and sign Lundell Manufacturing’s non-compete agreement
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of OEM specific sales
- Engineering sales experience
- Foam/Flexible material knowledge/experience
- Custom Fabrication / Custom Job Shop experience
- Bachelor’s and/or Associates degree
