As the Director of Private Label at Lunds & Byerlys, you will step into a senior management role where your leadership will shape the performance of premium private label and national brand equivalent products across all departments. You will establish and execute the strategic direction for our private label initiatives, collaborating closely with category directors, managers, our research and development and manufacturing teams to craft long-term brand strategies and marketing plans. In some cases you will be taking products from conception all the way to production! Your expertise will drive innovation as you identify cutting-edge trends to elevate our offerings and inspire differentiation. By developing tailored buying, merchandising, and promotional strategies, you'll maximize sales and profitability while fostering strong vendor partnerships.
