Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Sanitation Supervisor to help maintain the environment where we produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of 60,000-81,000 per year.
We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 7:00am-4:30pm.

SANITATION SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Sanitation Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
- Coach, mentor, and lead staff to achieve location and personal goals
- Assist with hiring, training, performance evaluations, and overall staff development
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) as it relates to sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
- Execute and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Conduct audits and inspections, addressing deficiencies as needed
- Maintain sanitation documentation and record-keeping practices
- Train and develop employees in sanitation procedures, chemical safety, and department safety
- Oversee compliance with pre-operational inspections and sanitation protocols

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
- Required: High School diploma or equivalent
- Desired: Associate's or bachelor's degree in management, general business, food science or operations
2. Licensing Preferred:
- Food Safety, HACCP, CFPM, SQF, PCQI
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- Lock Out Tag Out training
- Scissor Lift Training
3. Experience
- Two to four years supervisor experience of 10 or more employees
- Three or more years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing setting
