Job Summary: The Customer Support and Dispatch Specialist is a pivotal part of our operations. This role blends customer service, scheduling, and dispatching and demands robust organizational and communication skills to uphold efficient workflows. The position encompasses processing service requests, scheduling appointments, supporting technicians, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service to customers.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages related to service, billing, and other inquiries.
- Schedule service and estimate appointments promptly and accurately.
- Dispatch jobs to appropriate technicians and maintain the schedule board, ensuring calls are
- assigned efficiently.
- Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text, and phone.
- Update customers on technicians’ ETAs and address any changes to schedules.
- Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments.
- Closeout jobs ensuring accurate documentation and sending customer invoices.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Perform other assigned duties as directed by management.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or dispatcher environment preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
