Requirements : Scope :
This role reports to the Regional Sales Director. The position executes a sales plan for the assigned territory and products to consistently meet or exceed sales budgets and goals.
Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) are expected to :
- Possess and maintain a high level of product, competitive, customer and territory knowledge.
- Communicate with customers in the assigned territory on a regular basis and develop customer loyalty by having a maximum understanding of the customer’s needs.
- Prospect strategic accounts to identify and develop new customers for Visionix.

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Work is performed in an office / remote environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances.
Travel : 50% of travel expected.
