The Warehouse Associate performs all physical and transactional movements ensuring that all outgoing/incoming/internal products are handled accurately, safely and in a timely manner as per established processes.

Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving, shipping, pack out, parts, inventory control and warehousing. This includes RMA’s as well as ‘new’ products.
- Accurately receive all incoming products against purchase order within a 2-business day SLA. Verify quantities and inspect box and content for any damages, defects, or errors on all products received, including RMA product. Inclusive of staging, putting away, performing all computer transactions and properly tagging.
- Effectively ship all scheduled orders. This may include, but not be limited to, picking, packing, securing, wrapping, banding product to ensure secure transit maintaining records of all shipments and receipts.
- Maintain the parts inventory for neatness, accuracy (cycle counts), and correct stocking levels.
- Perform inventory counts, physical inventories as requested, deriving root cause(s) when variances occur. Establish plans to prevent recurrence of variances.
- Handle, label, enclose, tag and store (etc.) all received and transferred materials and products within cGMP and ISO13485 guidelines.
- Coordinate the material handling functions for internal and external customers and /or suppliers for both inbound and outbound materials. Assure smooth operations and good communications with such customers and/or suppliers.
- Manage, monitor, train and develop Material Handlers working in the warehouse group
- Compile reports and maintain metrics for activities within this group (such as cycle count statistics, receiving, kitting, and shipping accuracy, etc.). Help manage the E&O function. Properly transact Excess and Obsolete materials with Finance and with waste suppliers.
- Help prepare equipment for shows, inbound and outbound.
- Document and report shipment discrepancy or damage.
- Follow all applicable SOP’s and Work Instructions, self-training and training staff when requested.
- Identify and escalate systematic issues and communicate them to respective work groups. Challenge the status quo and provide potential solutions for these issues.
- Professional candor and support to teammates (direct or interdepartmental)
- Pull materials, allocate, and stage orders as needed for repair jobs and shipments.
- Ensure that international and domestic shipments are properly scheduled and have all the required regulatory paperwork completed thoroughly and in a timely manner, via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight shipping.
- Provide status and resolve issues with inbound and outbound shipments.
- Operates warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to forklift, hand jack and associated tools.
- Coordinates with other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized and professional work environment.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer literate
- ERP experience
- Excel and Word Skills proficiency required.
- Experience with inventory systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of export and import regulations and supportive documentation preferred.
- cGMP and/or ISO9001/ISO13485 experience a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in planning and organizing work efficiently.
- Able to work under time constraints yet be flexible to meet changing deadlines/priorities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position is performed in a non airconditioned environment.
