We are accepting part-time and full-time applications from motivated individuals who want to help make our planet a cleaner, better place. In addition to top-tier pay, we offer perks including yearly trips and other rewards.

Our solar representatives are responsible for scheduling a homeowner for an appointment with a solar consultant. The position does NOT include persuading customers to make purchases or the collection of any payments.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Solar Appointment Setter to join our team at Lunex. With this role you will become an expert in your field, create relationships, and create great experiences for homeowners to get their foot in the door with Lunex by knocking on their door and guiding them in a conversation to explore a new option of power. We are growing our In-House Team and we want YOU to JOIN!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients canvassing to schedule appointments for our solar sales team

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our solar products and services to prospective customers

  • Ensure each prospective client has a positive experience with our company

  • Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue and meet weekly and monthly targets

  • Use designated applications to manage various aspects of the job

  • Develop and distribute reports of each day's appointments

  • Complete required paperwork and documentation at the end of each day

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation, cellphone, eager to learn

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred (Education is important to us, so we also have positions for college students who are looking for a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. This is a perfect summer job to pay off college in a summer or two.)

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone and in-person

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

  • Flexibility to work at least 5-8 hours each day, 5 days per week
