Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using effective phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating client records in our computerized systems.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and managing office supplies.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with experience in office software and phone systems.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
