Office Manager – Moon Township, PA
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to support our team in administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and productive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage mailing and shipping of packages as needed.
- Manage staff meeting notes, prepare activity reports, and update process documents.
- Coordinate employee volunteering initiatives and community involvement efforts.
- Manage acquisition and renewal of employee clearances, background checks, and necessary certifications.
- Assist with marketing support, including ordering promotional items and managing social media efforts.
- Coordinate opportunities for continuous learning and development for the team.
- Assist with HR functions, including benefits administration and workers' compensation processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of administrative, office management, or executive assistant experience required.
- Strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
