About the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a mix of business development and account management, with a strong focus on relationship-building and consultative sales.
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers within the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, assess competition, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including pricing negotiations.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to leadership.
- Travel throughout the assigned region (50% ), including some overnight trips.
Regional Sales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 3-5 years of industrial sales experience required. Foundry, steel mill, or heavy industry experience highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and handle complex client needs.
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel internationally as needed.
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
