About the Role:

As the Site Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the site operation, ensuring optimal efficiency and profitability. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the client's team and ensuring exceptional customer service in a high-demand environment.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of heavy equipment technicians by developing maintenance plans, schedules, and performance goals, while managing overtime, conducting evaluations, and providing training.
  • Start each shift with a Safety Toolbox chat to review schedules, complete job-specific HIRACs, and set clear expectations for technicians, holding them accountable for safety and performance.
  • Coordinate and oversee routine services and repairs, implementing a preventative maintenance program, ensuring quality and efficiency, and maintaining accurate documentation, including oil sampling and environmental responsibilities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by attending meetings, providing updates on equipment uptime, addressing KPIs, and collaborating on asset needs and yearly planning.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections, assist with safety audits, and ensure timely completion of KPI and CID reports for internal meetings and customer presentations.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and reports to identify improvement areas, manage site capital projects, and assist with asset planning and forecasting.
  • Assist accounting with invoices and payments, negotiate equipment contracts, and maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, rental agreements, and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor and maintain company assets, tools, and inventory, conducting spot checks on technicians’ trucks and ensuring compliance with maintenance and safety standards.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen, including experience managing P&L and analyzing financial statements.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and maintenance platforms.
