The successful candidate will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles at remote locations. Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Technical Background: Ideal candidates should have a proven background in vehicle repair, with hands-on experience and proficiency in diagnosing, resolving issues and following recall procedures set by the manufacturer.
- Motivated and Independent: Ability to work independently, demonstrating a high level of motivation and responsibility in managing assigned tasks and schedules.
- Customer Service Excellence: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Clearly communicate the diagnosis, required repairs, and estimated timelines for completion. Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience and clarity.
- Reliability and Timeliness: Demonstrate reliability by adhering to scheduled appointments and completing repairs within the agreed-upon timeframes. Communicate any unexpected delays promptly and professionally. Preparation of appointments 48 hours in advance to ensure routing, parts availability, and established repair pathway.
- Quality Workmanship: Strive for excellence in every repair. Ensure that each job is completed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Conduct thorough testing to validate the effectiveness of repairs.
- Professionalism: Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients and representing Lupient Automotive.
- Documentation and Follow-up: Keep detailed records of each repair job, including parts used, labor hours, and any specific customer instructions. Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
- Commission-Based Pay Structure: This position offers a commission-based pay structure, allowing technicians to directly benefit from their performance and dedication. The commission will be calculated based on completed repair jobs and customer satisfaction.
