Job Description
The Associate Director is responsible for managing all marketing-related activities inclusive of product management, general marketing, market research, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales and marketing tactics across the brand lifecycle
- Establish brand-specific HCP domain expertise and create engaging content
- Embed knowledge to engage patients and drive customer behavior change
- Coordinate branding and communications through press releases and advertising
- Review marketing briefs to ensure agency alignment
- Contribute to Market Research activities
- Manage internal and external pricing administration
Experience
- Comprehensive marketing experience with success against pharmaceutical competitors
- Utilization of digital communication channels and optimization
- Prioritization, planning, and execution of multiple projects
