Job Summary:
The SAP Change Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing change management activities for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. This role ensures that changes to SAP systems are smoothly implemented, minimizing disruptions and maximizing adoption. The SAP Change Manager collaborates with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and project managers, to drive effective change strategies and ensure business readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a structured change management approach for SAP projects.
Assess the impact of SAP system changes on business processes and users.
Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and IT teams to drive change initiatives.
Identify potential risks and resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies.
Define and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Develop training programs and materials to support user adoption.
Monitor and report on change management activities and user adoption metrics.
Establish best practices for SAP change management and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience in SAP change management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is a plus.
Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze business processes and recommend SAP-driven improvements.
Experience in training and supporting end-users in SAP environments.
Preferred Skills:
SAP certification is an advantage.
Experience in agile or hybrid project management environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
