On top of the general requirements, we would need:
General roles and responsibilities:
- Customer Master migration from SAP and non-SAP
- Work with implementation delivery team
- Help collect data to be migrated
- Cleanse and manipulate data before migration
- Test data migration data and process
- Work with functional teams to make sure data is complete
- Run several migration cycles (mock runs)
- Coordinate data migration efforts with business team(s), implementation team, client IT team, etc.
- OTC Test Lead
- Coordinate testing efforts in the OTC area
- Work with testers on timely execution of test cases
- Help with testing where IT testing is applicable
- Assess testing results and open defects if necessary
- Coordinate defect resolution

On top of the general requirements, we would need:
- Language:
- Very good Spanish language skills, best is a native or at least someone who worked using Spanish a lot.
- Good English is also a must-have
- Location:
- Preferred to be from Brazil or Argentina (or at least LATAM)
- EMEA can work if willing to work in Argentina timezone.
General roles and responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand current scenarios in the Sales & Distribution areas. Facilitate the definition and gathering of business requirements with minimal internal supervision.
- Development/update of blueprint documents, configuration logs, functional specifications, test cases and training material in conjunction with the product owner and internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Business Process Expert (BPE) to meet the business needs.
- Facilitate business process mapping and business stakeholder sessions working with business leaders, IT Applications and development teams to ensure business requirements are properly aligned with SAP and Corteva performance designs
- Identify integration issues and develop solutions aligning with Corteva Enterprise ERP model
- Work effectively and communicate (verbal & written) with project members including business and functional resources
- Estimation on effort and duration after analyze phase
- Coordinate with BPE team to develop configuration and proper setting, following Corteva business and IT model
- Prepare Charm Transport Request for configuration and workbench
- Perform simple code adjustments to include the integration of the new countries the same way existing countries are integrated – if later in the project it turns out that more complex ABAP development is needed, this SOW needs to be extended and a developer will need to be added to the scope
- Perform unit test per each individual requirement
- Support integration test per each process
- Support User Acceptance test per each process
- Apply correction on defects identified
- List required master data and follow process to have them ready for deploy
- Go-Live and Warranty support
