Key Responsibilities:
Talent Development Program and Evaluation
- Design and develop learning programs, workshops, and curriculum materials tailored to meet the specific needs of employees at all levels of the organization, with an emphasis on multifamily property management and operations.
- Conduct evaluations and gather feedback from participants to measure learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
New Hire Support and Employee Support
- Facilitate orientation to ensure new employees, particularly those in multifamily roles, understand company culture, policies, and industry-specific best practices.
- Provide guidance and resources to employees seeking to advance their careers within the organization, particularly within the multifamily housing sector.
Learning Content Management
- Develop and maintain a repository of learning resources, job aids, and reference materials tailored to multifamily industry needs to support ongoing performance improvement and continuous learning.
Performance Management Support
- Provide administrative support for performance management and succession planning processes, ensuring alignment with multifamily industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration
- Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and other talent development activities relevant to multifamily professionals.
- Support the talent development team with special projects and initiatives related to employee growth and compliance within the multifamily industry.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field within the multifamily industry.
- Certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) are a plus.
- Understanding of learning management systems and other learning technologies.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in multifamily property management, leasing, operations, or compliance is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with property management software, specifically Yardi, is preferred.
