Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join our multifamily investment company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our investors, providing transparent and timely communication regarding investment performance and opportunities, and supporting the overall growth and success of our real estate investment endeavors. In addition to traditional investor relations duties of interacting directly with investors, the candidate will oversee the management of the investor portal, general investor reporting and tax reporting distributions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Investor Communication & Reporting : Serve as the primary point of contact for current investors, providing timely and accurate information and reporting regarding their investments. Draft and deliver general investor reporting materials. Send general email updates to investors through the investor portal. Maintain monthly investor reporting via transparency reports and provide monthly reporting to side letter investors
- Investor Portal Management : Oversee the investor portal and CRM system, ensuring that it remains up to date with relevant information, documents, and reports. Coordinate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and asset management, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data and documents available on the portal.
- K-1 Distribution : Manage the distribution of K-1 tax documents to investors in compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines. Coordinate with tax advisors and accounting teams to ensure accurate preparation and timely delivery of K-1s to investors.
- Investor Meetings and Presentations : Assist in the organization of investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations, including webinars, quarterly updates, and special events. Prepare presentation materials, agendas, and talking points to effectively communicate investment performance and strategic initiatives.
- Direct Interaction with Investors : Address investor inquiries and provide updates on investment activities.
- Document Management : Prepare and review general investor documents (LLC, subscription and transfer agreements), ensure accuracy, and upload to investor portal / document management system.
- Account Management : Track incoming wires / capital and ensure accurate reporting in investor portal and accounting systems.
