Lush Balloons Team Member (ROSEVILLE)

Lush Balloons is a family owned and operated business based in Roseville, CA! We have become one of the most-iconic brands in the Greater Sacramento area known for creating lush photo ops at large and small events, experiences for guests and fans and event decor (and also drive big pink lush vans!).

We are looking for an upbeat, positive-minded individual with a heart for success to join our award-winning team. As a member of our production team you will be the face of our company, interacting with repeat clients and potential new customers.

Please note: some of these positions are about 20 - 40% DRIVING and you must have a Class C Drivers License with no tickets or accidents on your driving record. You also must be comfortable driving our large commercial pink van(s).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-(Preferred) Have a valid Class-C drivers license and drive our Pink Commercial van(s) and/or SUV's to deliver/install balloon orders. Maintaining an upbeat and friendly attitude is a MUST as you do represent our brand while delivering.

-Assist owners and production manager with duties (organizing, inventory, prepping, cleaning...etc)

-Balloon production which includes blowing up balloons, inflating balloons with helium, building/creating garlands/arches/bouquets. (No prior balloon experience is preferred)

-Attention to detail when taking, creating, preparing, and delivering orders for delivery (A MUST!)

-Quick learning and "positive" attitude with anything you do!

-Schedule days/times are negotiable, but Fridays/Saturdays are a MUST with rotating weekends depending on staffing size and availability. We support a work-life balance for our employees. Overtime may be requested during peak season(s). Schedule changes may happen last minute occasionally so being open minded to flexibility

Additional things to note:

- Standing for lengthy periods of time is common practice while working on the production line. Very minimal seating/sit down time unless driving.

- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch easily and comfortably.

-Able to lift 50 lbs at times (Backdrop set ups/inventory boxes/sandbags...etc)

- Comfortability climbing ladders up to 10 feet high for installs (very rare!)

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
