Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to direct messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Develop and execute engaging, on-brand content that keeps our social media presence fresh and exciting.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posts.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Handle inbound communications, including social media messages, phone calls, and emails, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Build and maintain a vibrant online presence that fosters strong community engagement and customer loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential leads from social media interactions and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Support the sales process by following up with potential leads, answering product-related inquiries, and guiding prospects through their buying journey.
- Track social media metrics and sales performance to ensure objectives are being met and report on progress.
Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:
- Basic photo editing skills using Photoshop or similar tools.
- Basic video editing capabilities to enhance content.
- Familiarity with camera usage for capturing content—no need to be a pro!
- Experience with sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience with ShopVox is a plus.
- Familiarity with Mac OS is a bonus.
- Knowledge of the print and graphic design industry is helpful, but not necessary.
