Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for team members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Assist with office management duties, including organizing files and maintaining office supplies.
- Support personal assistant tasks as needed, ensuring all administrative functions are executed smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures is desirable.
