POSITION OVERVIEW
Client is looking for a Sr. Level Business Analyst that can help them implement a PLM Software tool to help manage their engineering projects… The tools that are around are called Agile PLM, Teamcenter. If they don’t have experience with PLM experience but strong Operations and or Engineering Applications and have strong BA experience in a Waterfall environment that would be great. PMP is also great as they will do some light project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Analyze existing processes, workflows, systems, and applications. Create as-is and to-be internal business processes and capture current business processes for future improvement and streamlining and as part of feature development.
· Collaborate with business to develop process mapping, conduct process engineering, capture opportunities for improvements/efficiencies, enhancements, optimization, automation, and/or innovative solutions.
· Participate in solutions design/development. Provide and share researched business needs and/or issues with examples, data, and artifacts.
· Assist in project documentation creation such as workflows, process maps, reports, turnover documentation, and procedures.
· Provide critical reporting and analysis of business process performance and make recommendations for cost savings initiatives and improvements.
· Develop, maintain, and improve business process analysis for operational support programs and related information management systems. Support programs include but are not limited to MOC, Operations Assurance and Risk Assessment
· Interact with business stakeholders to understand the requirements and document.
· Prepare and deploy communication plans related to MOC business processes and systems.
· Evaluate vendor partners/solutions and assist in coordination of implementation efforts.
· Monitors, identifies, and analyzes problems for systems within Operations responsibilities.
· Clearly and concisely report results to diverse audiences, including executive management.
· Facilitate process improvement workshops.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS)
Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration computer science, Engineering, or Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
PMP certification is a plus.
