Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented shot girls to join our team. As a Shot Girl, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by circulating through the club, with a tray of pre poured shots for sale in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their overall dining and nightlife experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and offer available shots on the tray.
- After the sale, report the total sales to the bartender, so they can enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverage shots
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or as a Beverage Server or shot girl is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
