The salary range listed for this role is $124k-$187k/yr ($60-$90/hr). The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidate’s level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, etc.

Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive construction plans. Manage schedules and timelines for construction activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Resource Management: Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of construction resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work meets the project’s quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Safety Compliance: Implement health, safety, and environmental policies and ensure all construction activities adhere to safety standards.
- Budget Management: Monitor construction costs to ensure compliance with the project's budget. Report any financial discrepancies or risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including project teams, contractors, and clients. Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Coordination with Engineers and Designers: Work closely with engineering and design teams to address construction-related issues and implement design modifications.
- Contractor Supervision: Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and other construction personnel. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years' experience in construction management for large scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with industry standard project and construction management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, Bluebeam, RSMeans, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.)
- 5 years' experience in construction management on large scale rail projects.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Professional Engineer (PE) credentials.
