About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and successful Sr. Project Manager with experience leading federal construction projects. This is a long-term, full-time, on-site position located in the greater Washington DC metro area.
Responsibilities
- Provides project and / or construction management of a single major program or project or multiple projects.
- Provides decisive direction in regard to business, technical and personnel management involving multi-disciplinary and diverse functional activities.
- Responsible for overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule.
- Maintains daily progress reports and inspection reports.
- Leads the inspection and quality assurance team assigned to projects to ensure timely and effective project oversight.

Compensation Details
The salary range listed for this role is $114k-$145k / yr ($55-$70 / hr). The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidate's level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications / licenses that have been obtained, etc.
