Automotive Technician Journeyman - PT or 2nd shift

Journeyman Automotive Technician - 2nd shift or Part time (3pm-7pm) -IN FULLY air conditioned shop

Honda/Acura experience preferred.  $5.00-7.00/hr shift differential.  Up to $5000.00 sign on bonus

We have more work than we can possibly handle.  Seeking either someone whose life works better with 3pm-11pm work or someone who want some extra money and can work after their other technician job from 3pm-7pm.

Must be a self starter that can work well independently.  Also must be Journeyman level or better because some of the work is recall engine work.  If you fit the bill...just apply...

We are seeking EXPERIENCED Automotive Technicians to join our team. Our high volume Acura shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share. OEM certifications are encouraged!

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal

• Strong automotive background

• Strong teamwork skills

• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

• Must have clean & valid driver's license
