What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Women's Golf Coach position at LUTHER COLLEGE?
Head Women’s Golf Coach Duties:
- Coach women’s golf team including but not limited to practice organization, golf meet scheduling and management, recruiting, budget oversight, student-athlete development, and academic monitoring.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- The ability to inspire student-athletes to perform at a high level.
- Advance the goals and mission of Luther College while adhering to the rules, policies, and regulations established by the institution, the American Rivers Conference and the NCAA.
- Supervise assistant coaches and student-employees
Education and/or Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Relevant experience in athletics at the high school or collegiate level.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other staff and students in a wide variety of situations.
