Job Description:
Plans day-to-day management of the apartments, coordinate resident services, including activities and provision of transportation, maintain documentation of all essential resident information. To assist in marketing the apartments and to maximize occupancy.
Responsibilities:
- Provides and activities program designed to encourage stimulation and maintenance of normal activity with residents limitations.
- Communicate with maintenance, nursing team and personnel of other departments on residents needs
- Develop, plan and implement, and lead small, medium, and large group activities.
- Arrange transportation for residents to and from doctor appointments, on a limited basis.
- Coordinate taking residents on outings away from facility.
- Work with and direct volunteers by delegating activities and assignments.
- Help Market and Rent open apartments
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Degree Human Services preferred
- CDL license required
- Regular attendance is required
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
