Job Description:
Assist in providing maintenance necessary for the care of facility creating apleasant and comfortable physical environment for residents, employees andgeneral public.
Responsibilities:
- Painting the facility as needed
- Performs minor electrical repairs, plumbing, machine operation, and cleaning
- Performs maintenance and upkeep of property; water plants, mowing lawn and snow removal.
- Make any necessary repairs within the facility
- Ability to climb a ladder and make repairs on the roof
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with or in field of electrical repair, boiler maintenance, painter, construction, and groundskeeper preferred.
- Must be available to work other than normal hours as needed and be able to assume pager responsibilities.
- Must live within 5 miles of Dubuque city limits.
- Regular attendance is required
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
