First Shift
8:00am to 4:30pm
Monday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday

Our friendly and compassionate nurses collaborate closely with care team staff to ensure the highest level of quality care, safety and support are provided to our residents. Our RNs don’t just support our resident’s health—they are a partner to our resident’s social and personal needs as well, ensuring a person-centered approach for all residents who call Luther Manor home.
- Graduation from an accredited RN Program with a current RN license
- Hospice experience preferred
- Current nursing license in the State of Wisconsin or immediate plans to obtain license
- Previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Physical mobility to spend 70% of workday moving throughout the facility to visit residents under caseload.
- Ability to document resident care plans concisely and clearly.
- Ability to be patient, sensitive and responsive to both the residents and their family’s needs.
- Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
- Dedication to lifelong learning through attendance at in-services and classes to stay current in nursing knowledge and practices
