Behavioral Health Clinical Director
We are looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Director to support our integrated Behavioral Health Counseling Programs in Yamhill County.
This position is responsible for supporting the clinical portion of our Interventions, Behavioral Health Programs, to include program development, community outreach and networking, as well as serve on the mental health leadership team. This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor the therapeutic and counseling activities of assigned supervisees for adherence to recognized standard and practices of the mental health field and procedures of the Counseling Program
Provide clinical supervision and support to the Case Managers on the Interventions team as well as clinical supervision of the QMHA’s, interns, and peers on the Mental Health team, and consult with QMHP’s.
Train, support and sign off on clinical documentation of the mental health staff
Contribute toan annual evaluation of each clinician
Provide clinical consultation, reflective supervisionsupport, and direction the mental health and Interventions programs
Provide counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups and maintain appropriate records
As needed, representthe Counseling Program at stakeholder meetings
Attend other relevant community meetings as appropriate
Model and encourage direct, professional communication among staff members and facilitate development of a positive staff support network
Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity in the delivery of client services as it relates to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the populations served

Advanced clinical, leadership, supervisory, communication, relationship, and adult professional development skills
Knowledge of, and ability to work with, social service agencies, schools, Juvenile Courts, County Mental Health Division, and other agencies regarding referrals and treatment continuity, and other Refugee Service programs
Must be able to work well under pressure and be able to work in a multicultural setting
Requires strict adherence of HIPAA standards in the office workspace to ensure confidentiality
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a behavioral science field; or Master’s Degree in recreational, art, or music therapy. LPC, LMFT, LCSW license required. CADC 2 license preferred. Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting. Two years of advanced, post-Master’s training in at least one theoretical/practical treatment approach as well as two years of training or experience in administration or supervision. Experience with program management and program development is preferred.

Salary : $90,617 - $135,935
