Mental Health Clinician (Multilingual)

THE ROLE: All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving communities throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho with a wide range of services for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. In Richland, WA, our Mental Health Clinicians provide essential support by conducting mental health assessments, crisis intervention, case planning, and service coordination for youth with identified mental health needs within the Richland School District, ensuring a smooth transition of care. RESPONSIBILITIES:  ● Meet with youth in the Richland School District with identified mental health needs for assessments, crisis management, and appropriate referrals. ● Refer and coordinate behavioral services for youth with identified behavioral health needs within the Richland School District. ● Attend and actively participate in multidisciplinary and multi-tiered school teams, providing guidance and information to school staff and families for the safety and well-being of youth with mental health issues. ● Utilize crisis intervention techniques for client stabilization, accurately assessing risk to self, others, and property. ● Complete all progress notes and required documentation within designated timelines. ● Complete all necessary training and meet or exceed productivity expectations. ● Recognize and appreciate the value and strengths of all cultures while maintaining professionalism in cross-cultural interactions and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
