What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Program Coordinator Memory Care Assisted Living position at Lutheran Home and Harwood Place?
Lutheran Home is seeking an Activities Program Coordinator to join our team! The Program Coordinator will develop and implement activity programming for our residents within our memory care assisted living. Interested candidates should be patient, organized and dedicated to our mission and "4 C's."
Additional duties include :
- Planning the monthly activity calendar
- Participating in resident care conferences
- Managing activities budget
- Coordinate onsite events and offsite outings
- Respond to family / visitor questions and concerns promptly
Hours for the position are Monday - Friday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM. No holidays and no on-call hours!
