Certified Med Tech (CMT) Part Time
The Lutheran Home is seeking an attentive and compassionate Certified Med Tech (CMT) to join us for part-time evening hours. In this role, you will provide medication administration and support through the evening hours ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse.
- Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction.
- Assist residents with ADL care as needed.
- Answer call lights and take appropriate action.
- Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures.
- Review resident’s care plans and performs nursing care as outlined.
This is a part-time position typically working the hours of 7:00pm – 11:00pm.
License/Certification:
Current Missouri CMT certification
Current Missouri CNA certification
