What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Services Dishwasher (Part Time) position at Lutheran Home?
The Lutheran Home is seeking a reliable Part-time Dishwasher to join our Dining Services team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes and equipment, supporting daily operations within our healthcare community. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Washing dishes, flatware, pots/pans by hand or dishwasher.
- Storing away cooking equipment, utensils, and dishes in the designated storage areas.
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables and work surfaces.
- Sorting and removing trash, placing it in the designated pickup area.
- Helping to keep the kitchen area clean and in safe working condition.
- Sweeping or mopping floors.
- Performing necessary tasks to help us meet the needs of our residents specifically their diet and food preferences.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
