Available shifts:

Full-Time: Monday - Friday 2^nd shift (2p-10p), every other weekend

Full-Time: Monday - Friday 3rd Shift (10p-6a), every other weekend

Part-Time: 1 weekday and every other weekend (up to 16 hours a week)

Job Qualifications

Education/Training/Licensure

1. Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
2. Currently licensed with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.

Experience

Must be able to:

• Suggest changes for improvements in resident care.
• Set priorities and organize assigned unit workflow.
• Make decisions necessary to maintain efficient assigned unit functioning.
• Communicate effectively and maintain good working relations with personnel in all facility departments, other health-related individuals, and community agency personnel.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Strong, verbal, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
2. Understanding or the concepts of aging and the needs and concerns of the elderly.
3. A team orientation.
4. Basic computer experience.
