Benefits
Accountability incentive of $3.00 / hour for full-time. Pick-up pay of $6 / hour. Sign-on bonus of $1,500 for full-time employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to ensure residents' comfort while supporting their daily activities and individual needs. Follow state regulations, policies, and care plans, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting concerns like hazards or abuse to leadership. Assist in emergencies by implementing disaster plans and work collaboratively under the direction of the charge nurse, adapting to additional tasks as needed to ensure residents' well-being.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 16 years old.
1-2 years of experience in Assisted Living setting or the elderly population.
Must have or be willing to complete required training for the position of Resident Aide Assistant including first-aid training.
Must demonstrate an ability to read, write, understand and communicate job-related information and directions in English.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with senior executives, managers, supervisors and direct care staff, as well as residents, families and physicians.
Understands directions; communicates and responds to inquiries promptly.
