What are the responsibilities and job description for the Float Nurse position at Lutheran Homes Society?
Lutheran Living is looking for Float Nurses (RNs/LPNs) to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our independent, assisted and memory care community.
This position is responsible for overseeing nursing and resident care for the designated unit(s). The position assists with the coordination of clinical services, ensure that resident outcomes are achieved and monitors for effective internal resource utilization to assure that the financial and resident goals of the organization are achieved.

Standard shift: AM/PM (6A-6P) or PM/NOC (6P-6A)
Ability to commute/relocate: Muscatine, IA - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Must have an Active LPN/RN License.
