Reporting to the Vice President for Resettlement and Integration Services, the Director for Resettlement leads all aspects of the Resettlement department. This position provides leadership to a team responsible for the initial processing, placement, and resettlement of refugees in the US, ensuring high quality operations and logistics for newly arriving refugees.
The Director for Resettlement supervises the Resettlement unit consisting of 30 staff members and directly supervises two Associate Directors. The Director establishes and oversees the execution of the team's strategic goals, budget, and serves as part of the Resettlement and Integration leadership team and the leadership team for the organization.

DUTIES
QUALIFICATIONS
BA / BS and 10-15 years relevant experience and / or sufficient combination of training and experience in specialized field; subject matter expert in field; prior staff management experience of 5 years or more.
In-depth knowledge of domestic refugee resettlement issues, Department of State (PRM) and Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) systems, and related refugee resettlement programs, stakeholders, emerging trends, etc.
