The Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for the management and development of the Salesforce platform as well as ensuring full utilization and customization of the platform to match and support business goals. The Salesforce Administrator and BA will review and analyze business processes and provide solutions to improve user experience and productivity.

DUTIES
Perform system maintenance and configuration, including user setup, roles, profiles, groups, permission sets, complex flows and validation rules, custom objects, and fields.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
