The Lutheran Home is searching for a dependable, customer service oriented, reliable Maintenance Assistant for a full time, 2nd shift opportunity.
Hours for the position are 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, including every other weekend and holiday.
Duties include: housekeeping services in resident care and common areas of the facility. Perform, and be proficient in, carpet/furniture cleaning and hard surface floor care encompassing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, waxing, stripping, buffing, vacuuming and extracting. Remove trash, operate heavy equipment, move furniture and set up rooms for meetings and conferences. May clean kitchens, vents, equipment, windows, etc.

Salary : $14 - $18
